Dear Tricia, Our house sold firm yesterday. It was only on the market a matter of hours before we got an offer. It was the second couple through in the early afternoon. Thanks for all the excellent advice. It really did make a difference when we had finished following almost all your suggestions. Thanks also for the loan of the art pieces. We just finished staging 20 minutes ago! It is an taunting task, that’s for sure. I wanted to let you know that your advice has been incredible. I like my office so much better now with the new layout. And the family room worked out really well. It looks a lot bigger. Jim’s room and Rob’s room – all a big improvement. Perhaps you can take a look at the pictures when they are ready so you can see your suggestions in action.
All and all, you’ve done a wonderful job. I know that your expertise will certainly help with our sale.

Hi, Tricia! I wanted to let you know the good news – we have sold the house!!!! It was only up for four days, and we had 27 groups of agents and people coming through. On Monday night we had 3 offers, and 2 of them were really battling for it, and we got a firm offer (no house inspection/financing/etc) for over asking! Everyone said how great it looked, and I wanted to thank you again for your help.
In terms of your table, what would you like to do? We’ll still rent it for February if you like, because it looks so good in the space! Alternately, if you need it for another client, we can also return it to you.

Thank you so much for you time. I’ve been very busy acting on your recommendations. The “great room” looks wonderful with the furniture re-arrangement. My husband has even cleaned his office and completely tidied the wires in the master. Now he just needs to tackle the basement. I think the house will show really well due to the suggestions you provided. Some pictures were taken this morning for MLS but the official ones will be taken next week once everything is complete.

Trish has been amazing; she came through our house and, with her great recommendations, made it into a show home. The hard part is keeping it that way! We were completely discouraged to say the least after having our house on the market for nearly a year. Just wanted to thank-you for the great job you did not only staging my house, but de-cluttering as well. I really thought it could not be done; I was really stressed only having a short period of time before my house went on the market.
You came in with a positive attitude and plenty of ideas and within a few hours things started to take shape. First with the de-cluttering which I was convinced nobody could help me with. Boy was I wrong!!! Tricia had it sorted and packed at the same time. My basement was unfinished and half was a playroom the other half a storage area. As I mentioned in no time it was sorted and it was made to look bigger and cleaner.
Our house was sold in a short amount of time in a difficult real estate market, the staging of the house contributed to this quick sale. At the time four other houses on our street were on the market and ours was the first to sell and it went for a higher price than the other houses.
